What is business development?
Business Development. The two most ambiguous words in the professional world. Some define it as sales, others as building relationships. At Nguyen Washington Group, we define it as: "creation of long term value for an organization from building a client base, implementing strategies, and leveraging relationships." So how do we get there? We extrapolate a solution based on determining our client's value proposition in the market place and whether its viable. Through a succession of tactical processes, we move to implement the strategy behind the value. Sometimes we bring a dose of reality to the table by identifying the value proposition really isn't any value at all. Not all ideas are great ones, but we will find the best ones for our clients and what they are trying to achieve in both short and long term.
